Educate Make a Difference conducted the Scratch Coding Workshop for kids ages 8-11 at Field Library in Peekskill. Scratch is an entry level programming language developed by MIT, and can be used to create fun and interactive stories, games, animations, etc. Programs are created using simple coding blocks. Scratch is very easy to learn and is a fun process. There are tons of possibilities with Scratch, and with a creative mindset, the sky's the limit.
